Yolanda McKean is a family law solicitor who advises clients on parenting disputes, property settlements and complex financial matters arising from separation. She brings a diverse background to family law, with professional experience in both business management and the healthcare sector.  This experience gives her a practical understanding of complex financial arrangements, superannuation and taxation issues, as well as the healthcare and mental health systems that often intersect with family law matters.

Before focusing her practice on family law, Yolanda held senior leadership and executive roles in the healthcare sector. She has also run her own successful small businesses in the hospitality and business services space.

Yolanda now practices at Turini McKean Law, a boutique family law firm she established with her father.  The firm is focused on providing thoughtful strategic advice and strong advocacy for clients across a range of family law matters.  Combining her legal knowledge and health management experience, Yolanda provides compassionate and effective support to families.
