Accredited family law specialist 
Carlos is a family lawyer with over thirty years experience in all aspects of family law.
He has been involved in complex divorce, de-facto and property matters, parenting matters, matters involving relocation of children (international relocation and relocation within Australia), international abduction of children (Hague Convention) cases, contravention matters, location and recovery of children, domestic violence, child support and adoption cases including adoption of adults.
Yolanda graduated from the Australian National University (ANU) in 2009 with a combined Arts/Law degree with majors in Spanish in International Relations. Her academic and professional experience has equipped her with a diverse perspective on family needs and cultural nuances.
After four years in the legal field Yolanda worked in the healthcare sector at an executive level, before founding and operating businesses in hospitality and business services. She has now made the transition back into law, joining her father in this boutique practice to specialise in family law. Combining her legal knowledge with her experience in business and healthcare, she provides compassionate and effective legal support to families navigating complex issues.
